Philosophen lesen, denken nach, reden und schreiben - in beliebiger Reihenfolge. Der möglichen Themen, mit denen sie sich dabei beschäftigen, gibt es viele, vielleicht sogar unzählige. Das ist Philosophie, das machen wir als Philosophen an der Universität, das lernt man in einem Philosophiestudium.
In dieser Veranstaltung mit kreativ-experimentellem Werkstattcharakter wird es zum einen darum gehen, sich etwas klarer darüber zu werden, was wir als Philosophen eigentlich tun. Zum anderen wird es darum gehen, ob man das, was wir tun, auch ganz anders machen kann und wenn ja, wie. Das Ziel der Veranstaltung, die in Zusammenarbeit mit zwei Mitgliedern der Unternehmensberatung opus, Andreas Burhorn und Markus Wortmann, angeboten wird, besteht darin, aus diesen Überlegungen eine philosophisch-künstlerische mediale "Performance des Denkens" zu entwickeln, die im Rahmen der Geniale im August 2014 zur Aufführung kommt.
Die Veranstaltung wird in mehreren Blocksitzungen mit unregelmäßigem Abstand stattfinden. Zwecks terminlicher Planung sollten interessierte Studierende ihr Interesse möglichst früh bekunden. Dies geschieht durch Aufnahme der Veranstaltung in den Stundenplan im eKVV. Sollte es letztlich insgesamt zu viele Interessenten geben, wird eine Auswahl aufgrund eines dann einsetzenden Verfahrens getroffen.
Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung verpflichten sich, bei allen Terminen anwesend zu sein, insbesondere bei der Aufführung zwischen dem 08. und 16.08.2014.

Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von 2 Leistungspunkten (Bachelor Einschreibung bis SoSe 11 und Master of Education) ist die regelmäßige Teilnahme sowie das Erbringen des schriftlichen oder mündlichen Beitrags im Umfang von maximal 1200 Wörtern für das Modulportfolio, auf dem die unbenotete Moduleinzelleistung beruht. Die Anforderungen für den Modulportfolio-Beitrag werden zu Veranstaltungsbeginn bekannt gegeben.
Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von 3 Leistungspunkten (Einschreibung ab WS 11/12) ist das Erbringen des schriftlichen oder mündlichen Beitrags im Umfang von maximal 1200 Wörtern bzw. 10-20 Minuten. Die genauen Anforderungen werden zu Veranstaltungsbeginn bekannt gegeben.
