360030 Religionssoziologie nach Bourdieu (S) (WiSe 2023/2024)

Nachdem im letzten Semester eine Einführung in die Religionssoziologie gegeben wurde, soll in diesem Semester das religionssoziologische Potenzial der praxiswissenschaftlichen Soziologie Pierre Bourdieus ausgelotet werden. „Religionssoziologie *nach* Bourdieu“ hat doppelte Bedeutung. Wir werden uns zum einen anhand von zwei religionssoziologischen Schlüsseltexten Bourdieus anschauen, wie eine Religionssoziologie gemäß Bourdieus eigenen Vorstellungen aussieht. Zum anderen werden wir ein Forschungsprogramm kennenlernen, das auf der Sozialtheorie Bourdieus in ihrer ganzen Breite aufbaut, seit den 1980er Jahren entwickelt wurde und im Rahmen der Universität Bielefeld (Center for the Interdisciplinary Research on Religion and Society, CIRRuS) in verschiedensten Projekten getestet und weiterentwickelt wurde – ein Forschungsprogramm im sachlichen Sinne nach Bourdieu.

Bibliography

Die Vorstellung der Seminarliteratur erfolgt in der ersten Sitzung. Im LernraumPlus wird eine umfassende Sammlung von relevanter Literatur aus der Feder Bourdieus und aus den Forschungen am Bielefelder CIRRuS angelegt.
