Was bedeutet Diversität im Bildungskontext – und wie prägen gesellschaftliche Machtverhältnisse unseren Blick darauf? In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit dem Thema Diversität aus einer intersektionalen Perspektive auseinander und thematisieren verschiedene Formen von Diskriminierung wie Rassismus, Klassismus und Diskriminierung im Kontext von Migration.
Grundlage des Seminars ist der Wissenschaftspodcast „(Re)Searching Diversity“ (frei verfügbar auf Spotify, Google und Apple Podcasts). An-hand ausgewählter Episoden aus den Staffeln 1 bis 3 sowie begleitender Fachliteratur diskutieren wir zentrale Fragen rund um ethnische, kulturelle und migrationsbedingte Vielfalt – stets mit Bezug zu aktuellen gesellschaftlichen und bildungspolitischen Fragen und Entwicklungen.
Seminarsprache: Deutsch
Prüfungsleistungen: Sie können zwischen folgenden Optionen wählen:
a) mündliche Prüfung
b) Referat mit schriftlicher Ausarbeitung
c) Hausarbeit
Das Seminar bietet Raum für eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung, kritische Diskussionen und praxisnahe Reflexionen.

Master of Education: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education UFP im WiSe 2025/26Es sind keine speziellen Vorkenntnisse erforderlich – Interesse und Offenheit genügen.
