Das Beobachten und Diagnostizieren in unterrichtlichen und außerunterrichtlichen Situationen gilt für Lehrkräfte spätestens seit der Umsetzung inklusiver Bildung als zentrale Grundlage für die individuelle Förderung von Schüler:innen, die Leistungsbeurteilung und viele weitere Anforderungen des Lehrberufs. Ausgehend davon findet in diesem Seminar eine vorwiegend praxisorientierte Auseinandersetzung mit den Konzepten und der schulischen Umsetzung von Beobachtung, Diagnostik, Leistungsbewertung und Leistungsrückmeldung statt. Dazu werden zu Beginn der Veranstaltung verschiedene Grundkonzepte und Verständnisse von Beobachtung und Diagnostik im schulischen Kontext in den Blick genommen. Daran anknüpfend werden diverse diagnostische Materialien erprobt und auch vor dem Hintergrund inklusiver Bildung evaluiert. Weiterführend findet eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit dem Tätigkeitsfeld der Lern- und Leistungsbewertung statt. Hier werden unterschiedliche Ansätze und Möglichkeiten der Leistungsbewertung entlang von Praxisbeispielen diskutiert und reflektiert. Ebenso wird die Bedeutsamkeit wertschätzender Leistungsrückmeldungen zum Thema, indem Möglichkeiten der verbalen und schriftlichen Rückmeldungen praxisorientiert vorgestellt und verglichen werden.
