360020 Bilder als Medien im Religionsunterricht (S) (SoSe 2020)

Im Sinne des visual turn prägen Bilder unsere Wirklichkeit. Aber was ist ein Bild? Diese Frage führt zu Formen, Aufgabe und Zweck von Bildern. Bilder sind nicht nur allgegenwärtig, sondern zeigen, wer wir sind oder sein wollen. Vom Selfie über das Gemälde bis hin zu Videos lassen sich Bilder im Religionsunterricht einsetzen. Eine moderne Bilddidaktik muss darauf reagieren und kann nicht einfach nur Bilder aus der Kunstgeschichte als Gesprächsanlass gebrauchen, sondern kreative Zugänge öffnen, dass Lernende eigene Bilder herstellen. Zugleich untersucht die Religionspädagogik Bilder von Schüler*innen, um einen Einblick in deren Vorstellungen von Gott, Welt und Mensch zu bekommen.
