220071 Geschichte des Terrorismus im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert - ein internationaler Vergleich (S) (SoSe 2018)
In der Veranstaltung wird es darum gehen, einen Überblick über wichtige Stationen und Zäsuren des internationalen Terrorismus – primär 20. Jahrhundert – zu geben. Auf der Basis von ausgewählten Fallbeispielen sollen die komplexen Erscheinungsformen und Akteursgruppen des sozialrevolutionären Terrorismus (BRD, Italien, USA), des ethnisch-nationalistischen Terrorismus (Irland, Spanien, Kolumbien) und des religiösen Terrorismus (Libanon-Hizb Allah, Al Qaida, Islamischer Staat im Irak und Syrien ISIS) systematisch verknüpft werden. Dabei geht es vor allem darum, die spezifischen Entwicklungsphasen und Dynamiken der terroristischen Gruppen zu kontextualisieren.
