Lässt Bildung sich verwirklichen, solange sie sich darauf reduziert, ein Privileg zu sein? Ist sie für alle da? Was haben Bildungsverlierer verloren? Lässt Bildung sich erlangen oder besitzen? Ist Bildung wirklich keine Ware, wie es immer wieder Plakate bei Demonstrationen und Bildungsstreiks behaupten? Lässt sie sich planen, vergleichen und vermessen? Wird Bildung individuell erreicht? Ist sie gesellschaftlich bestimmt? Inwieweit ist sie verquickt mit Herrschaftsansprüchen? Gibt es Bildung überhaupt noch im Zeitalter der Kompetenzorientierung? Hat es sie jemals gegeben? Ist Bildung eine Utopie? Hat Bildung Nebenwirkungen? Macht sie brav und dumm?
Mit alle diesen Fragen werden wir uns im Seminar aus der Perspektive der Kritischen Theorie auseinandersetzen.
