Digitale Technologien verändern die Erwachsenenbildung auf vielfältige Weise. Sie beeinflussen Lernprozesse, Bildungsangebote, Organisationen und gesellschaftliche Teilhabemöglichkeiten. Mit dem Aufkommen datenbasierter Systeme und Künstlicher Intelligenz gewinnen diese Entwicklungen zusätzlich an Dynamik.

Das Seminar setzt sich mit Digitalisierung als gesellschaftlichem Transformationsprozess auseinander und untersucht dessen Bedeutung für die Erwachsenenbildung. Thematisiert werden digitale Lernformen, Plattformen, Bildungsorganisationen, digitale Ungleichheiten sowie aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Ziel des Seminars ist es, Digitalisierung nicht allein als technologische Entwicklung, sondern als pädagogische, organisationale und gesellschaftliche Herausforderung zu analysieren. Grundlage bilden aktuelle Forschungsarbeiten sowie ausgewählte Fallbeispiele aus der Erwachsenenbildung.
