Ziel dieses Seminars ist es, dass die Studierenden die Möglichkeiten des inter- (und trans-)nationalen Vergleichs kennenlernen, um seine Möglichkeiten und Funktionen zu reflektieren. Dafür werden sie eigene Vergleiche vornehmen und die Funktionen ausgewählter Schulsysteme sowie die Umsetzung der inklusiven Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung aus vergleichender Sicht herausarbeiten. Hierfür werden sie zunächst in das Feld der neo-institutionalistischen Perspektiven auf Schulsysteme eingeführt. So erlangen die Studierenden einen Überblick über die Entwicklungen und Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten von Inklusion in ausgewählten europäischen Schulsystemen.
