Das Recht auf Arbeit ist in der Menschenrechtserklärung der Vereinten Nationen verankert, wird aber meist nur schwach interpretiert als ein Anspruch auf finanzielle Absicherung im Falle der Arbeitslosigkeit. Im Seminar soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, ob sich auch ein darüber hinausgehender Rechtsanspruch auf einen Arbeitsplatz begründen lässt und wie er ggf. genauer zu formulieren wäre.
Diese Veranstaltung wird in Kooperation mit dem fachdidaktischen Seminar „Philosophie für die Schule“ von Frau Golus durchgeführt, in dem es um den möglichen Einsatz der diskutierten Texte im Unterricht gehen soll. Insofern ist die Veranstaltung vor allem (aber nicht nur) für Lehramtsstudierende interessant.
Im Rahmen dieses Seminars können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
