Digitale Medien bieten zahlreiche Potenziale, das arbeitsplatzintegrierte (informelle) sowie das institutionelle (formale) Lernen zu unterstützen und können Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Lernvoraussetzungen oder Behinderungen eine gleichberechtigte Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben ermöglichen. Im Seminar wollen wir der Frage nachgehen, auf welche Weise digitale Medien Inklusion in der Beruflichen Bildung fördern und sinnvoll für das (inklusive) Lernen eingesetzt werden können.
Dazu werden wir uns zum einen mit Fragen zur inklusiven Medienbildung und barrierefreien Mediengestaltung beschäftigen. Zum anderen sollen aber auch Good Practice-Beispiele und verschiedene assistive Technologien und Apps genauer in den Blick genommen werden. Am Beispiel eines aktuell durchgeführten Forschungsprojekts setzen wir uns mit konkreten Konzepten zum Einsatz von Medien als Hilfe im Arbeitsalltag auseinander und entwickeln neue Ideen zum inklusiven, digital unterstützten beruflichen Lernen.
