Gerechtigkeit ist ein Schlüsselbegriff der praktischen Philosophie. So wichtig die Forderung nach Gerechtigkeit jedoch erscheint, so wenig spezifisch ist sie: Nicht nur wird Gerechtigkeit als normativer Maßstab in unterschiedlichen Kontexten verwendet (z.B. Verteilung, Strafe), sie wurde und wird auch inhaltlich sehr unterschiedlich gefasst (z.B. Verdienst, Bedürfnis). Die Vorlesung soll einen Einblick in das vielfältige Spektrum der Gerechtigkeitsauffassungen geben. Unter anderem wird thematisiert werden, wie Gerechtigkeit begrifflich zu bestimmen ist, welche Kriterien für Gerechtigkeit einschlägig sind und ob eine interne Beziehung zwischen Gerechtigkeit und Gleichheit besteht.
Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
