Dies ist die zentrale Vorlesung zum Verfassungsrecht. Sie wendet sich vorrangig an die Studierenden im 1. Fachsemester, steht jedoch auch sonstigen Interessierten, auch aus Nachbardisziplinen, offen. Sie behandelt mit Ausnahme der Grundrechte alle wichtigen Grundfragen des geltenden Verfassungsrechts. Gegenstand der Vorlesung sind auch die Bezüge des Grundgesetzes zum Europa- und zum Völkerrecht.
Literatur wird in der Vorlesung bekannt gegeben.
