Diese Vorlesung bietet einen Überblick über die zentralen Themen der Organisationspsychologie und zwar das Individuum in der Organisation (z.B. Personalauswahl und -beurteilung), Gruppenprozesse (z.B. Konflikte, Führung) sowie die Organisationsstruktur (z.B. Organisationskultur, Organisationsentwicklung).

Der Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist für das Modul O in den Studiengängen BSc- und das Modul AO BA-NF Psychologie relevant.
Maximal 160 Plätze können im Rahmen der individuellen Ergänzung belegt werden. Beim ersten Termin werden die Plätze verlost, daher ist die persönliche Anwesenheit bei diesem Termin unerlässlich. Studierende im Studiengang Psychologie werden beim ersten Termin vorrangig aufgenommen.
Wichtige Ankündigung für Nebenfach-Studierende (Psychologie).
Bitte beachten Sie, dass laut Modulhandbuch im Nebenfach nur noch die Vorlesung Organisationspsychologie im Wintersemester für die Module 27-AO.1 (neues Studienmodell) und AO.1 (altes Studienmodell) belegt werden kann. Die, in diesen Modulen erforderliche Klausur kann nur im Wintersemester geschrieben werden. Die Vorlesung im Sommersemester (Arbeitspsychologie) ist nicht für Nebenfachstudierende geöffnet. Diese Regelung betrifft nicht die Vertiefungsseminare in der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Diese können weiterhin im Winter- und Sommersemester belegt werden (s. Modulhandbuch).
