Oft wird Wissenschaft als getrennt von politischem Handeln gesehen, ihr Verhältnis gilt oft als angespannt. Dabei sind beide Felder in modernen Gesellschaften aufeinander angewiesen. Im Seminar diskutieren wir historische Fallstudien und Modelle der Wissenschaftsforschung, die Wissenschaft und Politik in Beziehung zueineinander setzen.
