Martin Luther und die "Väter" der reformatorischen Kirchen stehen ganz selbstverständlich im Zentrum der Aufmerksamkeit. Die Geschichte der Reformation zeigt aber, dass nicht nur hinter den Reformatoren Frauen wie Katharina von Bora standen, sondern darüber hinaus Frauen an der Ausbreitung der reformatorischen Lehren beteiligt waren. Einige dieser "Mütter" der Reformation sollen in dem Seminar in den Blick genommen werden.
