Systemische Perspektiven spielen in der Erziehungswissenschaft und in verschiedenen pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern, wie Schule, Beratung, Erwachsenenbildung, eine wichtige Rolle. Aus systemischer Perspektive können beispielsweise keine Aussagen über eine allgemeine, vom Beobachter unabhängige Realität getroffen werden, sondern immer über die Wahrnehmungen und damit Realitätskonstruktionen durch Subjekte (Individuen). In systemischen Ansätzen wird der Mensch nicht isoliert von seiner Umwelt betrachtet, sondern immer innerhalb des Systems, in dem er agiert.

Durch das Seminar bekommen Sie einen Einblick in theoretische Grundlagen und Grundbegriffe, wie Selbstorganisation, Strukturdeterminiertheit, Wirklichkeitskonstruktion u.a.. Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie erste Vorstellungen, welche Auswirkungen systemische Ansätze auf pädagogisches Handeln in der Praxis haben können.
