Im Bereich der Frauen- und Geschlechterforschung haben sich seit dem ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert verschiedene Konzepte entwickelt. Mit der Kategorie gender und den poststrukturalistischen Ansätzen hat sich die Geschlechterforschung pluralisiert. Diese Konzepte sollen in Kleingruppenarbeit erarbeitet, referiert und kritisch diskutiert und in ihrer Bedeutung für die Beratungspraxis reflektiert werden.
