Die Veranstaltung richtet sich in erster Linie an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft im Hauptstudium. Aber auch im Grundstudium kann die Veranstaltung schon besucht werden.
Es kann kein Schein erworben werden, "nur" sehr examensrelevantes Wissen!
Neben allgemeinen rechtstheoretischen Überlegungen (Was ist Recht? Was sind Normen?) geht es vor allem um die Auslegung und Anwendung von Gesetzen sowie Analogie und Rechtsfortbildung, also das „Handwerkszeug“ des Juristen. Es werden viele Beispiele gegeben, an denen zugleich der Stoff der Grundkurse (vor allem das Privatrecht) wiederholt werden kann.
Bitte bringen Sie die Materialien mit, welches Sie vor der ersten Einheit hier im Lernraum finden. Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit sind sehr erwünscht.
