Die Veranstaltung bietet einen Überblick über das deutsche kollektive Arbeitsrecht und Sozialrecht. Dabei geht es vor allem um die Vermittlung eines grundlegenden Systemverständnisses. Im Bereich des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts stehen das Koalitions- und Tarifvertragsrecht sowie das Betriebsverfassungsrecht im Mittelpunkt. Im Sozialrecht liegt der Schwerpunkt der Veranstaltung auf dem allgemeinen Sozialsystem und dem Sozialversicherungsrecht.
Die Veranstaltung findet 4-stündig und dafür nur an 8 Terminen statt, die noch bekanntgegeben werden.
Die erste Veranstaltung findet am 15. April 2016 statt!

Es wird ein Gesetzestext mit den gängigen arbeitsrechtlichen Gesetzen benötigt. Insbesondere werden wir mit dem Grundgesetz (Art. 9 GG), dem TVG und dem BetrVG arbeiten.
Für den sozialrechtlichen Teil wird ein Sozialgesetzbuch (I-XII) benötigt.
