230031 Goethes Roman 'Die Wahlverwandtschaften' (mit Pflichtexkursion) (V) (SoSe 2016)

Goethes Roman 'Die Wahlverwandtschaften' ist unstrittig grundlegend für die Geschichte des modernen Romans; seine Wirkungen reichen bis zu Martin Walser ('Ein fliehendes Pferd'). Naturwissenschaften und die Kunst der Landschaftspark- und Gartengestaltung spielen in in diesem Roman eine große Rolle.
Die Veranstaltung wird zwei Teile haben: Zunächst werden in einer Folge von vier Vorlesungen/Seminaren Interpretationszugänge zu diesem Roman vorgestellt und diskutiert. Daran schließt sich eine viertägige Exkursion an. In der Woche nach Pfingsten (Montag bis Donnerstag) fahren wir nach Hannover (Herrenhausen), Dessau Wörlitz (Park und Bauhaus Meisterhäuser) und Potsdam (Sanssouci, Belvedere), um ganz unterschiedliche, bedeutende Parkanlagen kennenzulernen. Beide Veranstaltungsteile gehören zusammen.

Selbstverständlich muss der Roman Goethes bis zum Veranstaltungsbeginn gelesen sein.

Requirements for participation, required level

Weil die Jugendherberge in Dessau und der Bus schon reserviert sind, ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung unter Anzahlung von 50 Euro bis zum 15. 4. 2016 erforderlich (persönlich bei Ellen Beyn, D 4 – 110; vormittags bis 12.30 Uhr). Wir werden für die weitere Finanzierung der Exkursion einen großen Zuschuss der Fakultät bekommen.
