230680 Tutorial: Pop Culture and Postcolonialism (Tut) (SoSe 2026)

In this tutorial we will work with different types of pop culture (movies, music, novels, etc.) with more or less visible connections to (post-)colonialism. Throughout the semester you can bring in and suggest any works you would like to discuss in the group.
This tutorial can be used for the Studienleistung for the seminars “Postcolonialism: Language and Tourism” by Dr. Janna Perbix and “Beginning Postcolonial Studies -in Bielefeld” by Prof. Dr Ellen Grünkemeier.
