Aufbauend auf der Vorlesung Persönlichkeitspsychologie I werden in dieser Vorlesung im Anschluss an eine kurze Einführung in die Methode der Faktorenanalyse folgende Themen behandelt:
1. Dimensionale Beschreibungssysteme der Persönlichkeit (Eysenck, Cattell, Eigenschaftstaxonomien und das Fünf-Faktoren-Modell),
2. Ausgewählte Theorien zur Erklärung von Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen,
3. Konzeptionen der Intelligenz.
Requirements for participation, required level

Vorausgesetzt werden Kenntnisse der deskriptiven Statistik (z.B. Varianz,
Standardabweichung, Korrelation), die in den entsprechenden Veranstaltungen des Moduls B (Statistik) oder entsprechnden Veranstaltungen erworben werden können. Dringend empfohlen wird der vorauslaufende Besuch der Vorlesung Konzeptionen der Persönlichkeit (Modul K.1)
