Die Studiengruppe möchte sich mit Texten zur Soziologie der Liebe auseinandersetzen. Es soll einerseits darum gehen, welche Vorstellungen von Liebe die Gesellschaft prägen, indem man beispielsweise historisch die „Form der Liebessemantik“ (Luhmann 1994) in den Blick nimmt. Andererseits soll geklärt werden, wie Liebe in soziologischen Theorien verortet ist – etwa in der Systemtheorie als Kommunikationsmedium (Luhmann 2008; Luhmann 1997: 336, 344-347) oder „aus der Perspektive der Rational-Choice- und Tauschtheorie“ (Kuchler/Beher 2014: 8).
Im Rahmen der Studiengruppe wollen wir außerdem vertrauensvoll unsere Haus- und Bachelorarbeiten diskutieren, die sich nicht zwangsweise am Thema orientieren müssen. Vorschläge oder Ergänzungen sind ebenfalls willkommen. Der genaue Seminarplan wird beim ersten Treffen gemeinsam ausgearbeitet. Außerdem können nach Absprache mit Dr. Martin Weißmann Einzelleistungen (Studien-/Prüfungsleistungen) erbracht werden.
