270126 Prozesse in Organisationen: Stress und Gesundheit (S) (WiSe 2024/2025)

In dieser Veranstaltung werden die gesundheitsfördernden und -schädigenden Einflüsse des Arbeitslebens behandelt. Die Arbeitstätigkeit nimmt eine sehr zentrale Stelle im Leben von Erwachsenen ein, sowohl von der zeitlichen Verteilung her als auch im Erleben. Zu Beginn des Seminars werden Stresstheorien der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie vermittelt und durch Fallbeispiele angewandt. Im zweiten Teil des Seminars werden ausgewählte Themen genauer adressiert, diese Themen werden in Absprache mit den Seminarteilnehmenden festgelegt. Beispielhafte Themen sind Stressoren in der Arbeitstätigkeit, psychische Folgen des Arbeitsplatzverlustes, Burnout, Mobbing und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement.

Die Inhalte des Seminars werden sowohl in Präsenzphasen als auch im Selbststudium erarbeitet. Die Veranstaltung zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Praxis-, Übungs- und Diskussionsanteil aus.
Die Voraussetzungen für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten sind:
- Vorbereitung auf die Sitzungen durch Lesen wissenschaftlicher Literatur
- Durchführung von Anwendungsaufgaben in Kleingruppenarbeit sowie Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- aktive Beteiligung an Diskussionen
