Ohne Angst verschieden sein können: Um diese scheinbare Unmöglichkeit und ihre Reflektion entwickelt Annedore Prengel ihre Pädagogik der Vielfalt. Gender-Interkulturelle und Inklusionsthematiken werden hierbei betrachtet und so entsteht ein spezifischer Beitrag zum Heterogenitätsdiskurs, welcher aus dem Zusammentreten dieser Vielfalten einen ganz eigenen Standpunkt und Perspektive auf den Versuch gewinnt, Vielfalt ressourcenorientiert wahrnehmen und so auch nutzen zu können.
Vielfalt ist hierbei gerade kein Thema, welches an der Grenze Sozialpädagoge Klient halt machen würde. Es gilt also, sich auch mit eigenen Verhältnis zu (eigenen) Heterogenitätsthematiken und Marginalisationserfahrungen auseinanderzusetzen, um in einem Feld, welches sich immer mehr dem Umstand stellt, dass die Arbeit in ihm grundsätzlich Arbeit mit und in Vielfalt ist, um eben diese anspruchsvolle Arbeit möglichst lange und erfolgreich ausüben zu können.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft im WiSe22_23.
M.Ed. UFP: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education, Unterrichtsfach Pädagogik im WiSe22_23.
