In der qualitativen Sozialforschung stellt die Befragung in Form von Interviews eine wesentliche und gängige Datenerhebungsmethode dar. Vor diesem Hintergrund sollen im Rahmen des Seminars die Entwicklung und Anwendung leitfadengestützter Interviews thematisiert werden. Neben der Vermittlung theoretischen Wissens sollen die Studierenden dazu befähigt werden, eigenständig Interviews zu konzipieren und durchzuführen. Inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt ist dabei die Erschließung und Aneignung pädagogischer Berufsfelder. Das heißt, die Studierenden sollen Interviews mit ExpertInnen aus der Praxis führen, um auf diese Weise berufspraktisches Wissen zu erwerben. Mögliche Berufsfelder können z.B. die Soziale Arbeit, die Migrationspädagogik, die Beratung, die Medienpädagogik, der Weiterbildungssektor und die Personalentwicklung sein. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es somit, forschungsmethodische Kompetenzen mit einer beruflichen Orientierung zu verknüpfen.
