Wir beschäftigen uns zunächst damit, was Verwaltung und Datengetriebenheit (bzw. Digitalisierung) soziologisch meinen. Schließlich setzen wir uns damit auseinander, was Digitalisierung im Sinne eines gesellschaftlichen Rationalisierens für Verwaltungen heißt. Unsere Perspektive bleibt dabei durchgängig eine sozialwissenschaftliche. Das Seminar begleitet hiermit einen Projektstart zum selben Thema.
Es ist geplant, die erste Seminarhälfte online, die zweite in Präsenz durchzuführen.

Wünschenswert, aber nicht notwendig sind Vorkenntnisse in Rechtssoziologie (Einführung). Notwendig hingegen: Interesse am Thema.

Ihre Aktive Teilnahme/ Studienleistung dokumentieren Sie durch eine aktive Teilnahme, darüber hinaus durch das Sammeln von insg. sechs Punkten. Dabei handelt es sich um ein seminarinternes Punktesystem, also keine Credit Points. Hierzu haben Sie mehrere Kombinationsmöglichkeiten aus Kommentaren, Exzerpten und Präsentationen. Details hierzu werden zu Beginn des Seminars erläutert.
Eine Hausarbeit, die so lang sein soll, wie es das Thema erfordert, 15 Seiten aber nicht deutlich überschreitet, ist für eine benotete Prüfungsleistung bis zum 31.3.2022 erforderlich. (Fächerspezifische Bestimmungen: Hausarbeit im Umfang von 10-22 Seiten). Die Arbeit kann über den Lernraum eingereicht werden.
