Die Veranstaltung startet dienstags um 12.00 (s.t.) und am Mittwoch um 10:15 Uhr (also 10:00 Uhr c.t.)
Die Veranstaltung findet in der ersten Semesterhälfte vierstündig, in der zweiten Semester-hälfte zweistündig statt.Ab dem 7.6.2021 findet die Veranstaltung jeweils nur noch an den Mittwochsterminen statt !
In der Woche ab dem 7.6.2021 beginnen auch die Fallübungen zum Arbeitsrecht (291012, 291013).
Die Veranstaltung findet als Zoom-Vorlesung statt. Die Zoom-Einladung mit den Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie wenige Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung über den ekVV-Verteiler per EMail.
Zusätzliche Materialien werden nach Veranstaltungsbeginn im LernraumPlus regemäßig bereitgestellt.
Die Veranstaltung behandelt Pflichtfachstoff i.S.v. §11 II Nr.6 JAG NW. Schwerpunkte sind die Rechtsquellen des Arbeitsrechts, der Begriff des Arbeitnehmers, Mängel beim Abschluss des Arbeitsvertrages, Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis, Leistungsstörungen und die Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen einschließlich des Befristungsrechts
Hinweis für Studierende, die sich für die Wahl des Schwerpunktbereichs 7 – Arbeit und Sozialer Schutz interessieren: Diese Veranstaltung sollte vor dem Beginn des Schwerpunktbereichsstudiums besucht werden.
Hinweis für Bachelor-Nebenfach-Studierende: Sie können eine benotete Einzelleistung erbringen, indem Sie an der Abschlussklausur teilnehmen (und die Klausur bestehen).
