Die Veranstaltung wird digital stattfinden. Dies erfolgt unter Verwendung des LernraumPlus/Panopto (+ Fragestunden über Chat mit Tutorenbegleitung). Die Vorlesung wird aufgezeichnet, sodass Sie diese zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abrufen können.

Diese Vorlesung bietet einen Überblick über die zentralen Themen der Organisationspsychologie und zwar das Individuum in der Organisation (z.B. Personalauswahl und -beurteilung), Gruppenprozesse (z.B. Konflikte, Führung) sowie die Organisationsstruktur (z.B. Organisationskultur, Organisationsentwicklung).

Allgemeine Anforderungen bei Lehrveranstaltungen: Die Anforderungen an die regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme und die Studienleistung und Modulprüfung sind unten näher erläutert. In den FsB und Modulhandbüchern finden sich nähere Informationen dazu.
Teilnahmevoraussetzungen, notwendige Vorkenntnisse: Der Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist für das Modul O (Anwendungsfach III: Organisations- und Angewandte Sozialpsychologie) im Studiengang BSc relevant. Die Vorlesung kann auch im Rahmen der individuellen Ergänzung besucht werden.
Die Vorlesung ist auf maximal 160 Teilnehmer*innen ausgelegt.
Studierende im Studiengang Psychologie (Master, BSc) werden vorrangig aufgenommen.
Wichtige Ankündigung für Nebenfach-Studierende: Bitte beachten Sie, dass laut Modulhandbuch im Nebenfach nur noch die Vorlesung Organisationspsychologie im Wintersemester für die Module 27-AO.1 belegt werden kann. Auch die Klausur muss im Wintersemester geschrieben werden. Die Vorlesung im Sommersemester (Arbeitspsychologie) ist nicht für Nebenfachstudierende geöffnet. Diese Regelung betrifft nicht die Vertiefungsseminare in der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Diese können weiterhin im Winter- und Sommersemester belegt werden (s. Modulhandbuch). Die Anmeldung für die Klausur erfolgt über das ekVV.
