250043 Data Literacy Education am Beispiel von Fragebogenuntersuchungen (S) (SoSe 2020)

Im Sinne einer Data Literacy Education soll im Rahmen des Seminars der planvolle, bewusste und kritische Umgang mit Daten (Stifterverband, 2019) gefördert werden. Am Beispiel der Fragebogenuntersuchung wird hierbei der quantitative Forschungsprozess – angefangen bei der Forschungsidee bis hin zur Datenanalyse – auf einer theoretischen und praktischen Ebene thematisiert. Die Studierenden sollen somit dazu befähigt werden, eigene Forschungsprojekte zu konzipieren und die Potenziale und Herausforderungen quantitativer Forschung zu eruieren.
Neben der Lektüre der Seminarliteratur werden die Konstruktion eines eigenen Fragebogens sowie die praktische Einübung und Anwendung statistischer Verfahren mittels RStudio erwartet.
Die Lehrveranstaltung kann im Rahmen der individuellen Ergänzung (Modul „Data Literacy - Kulturtechnik des 21. Jahrhunderts“) besucht werden.

Es wird empfohlen, die Vorlesung „Einführung in die quantitativen Forschungsmethoden" besucht zu haben.
