Durch erfolgreiche Teilnahme am Seminar (Seminararbeit u. Vortrag) kann bei entsprechender, im Vorfeld zu vereinbarender (rechtsökonomischer) Ausgestaltung der Themen 2, 3 a) und b), 4 und 6 ein großer Grundlagenschein (§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StudPrO) erworben werden; ansonsten kann bei allen Themen eine Verbuchung als Hausarbeit im Privatrecht (§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO) erfolgen. Alternativ kann eine Schlüsselqualifikation erworben werden. Wird die Seminarleistung mit „gut“ bewertet, ist durch den zusätzlich ausgestellten Seminarschein die Promotionsvoraussetzung des § 5 Abs. 5 Nr. 1a PromO 2013 erfüllt.
Eine erste Vorbesprechung mit Vorstellung der Themen findet am Mittwoch, 17.10.2018 um 15:15 Uhr (s.t.) in X-E1-200 statt. Eine unverbindliche Voranmeldung kann ab sofort im Sekretariat von Prof. Dr. Frank Weiler (Frau Rott, H0-33, H-Gebäude) oder per E-Mail an Friedrich-Wenzel.Bulst@ec.europa.eu erfolgen.
