Prozesse der Subjektivierung lassen sich nur in ihren gesellschaftlichen und historisch-kulturellen Zusammenhängen hinreichend nachvollziehen. Geht man von einer pluralen und zugleich von einer Macht- und Ungleichheitsstrukturen durchzogenen Gesellschaft als Kontext aktueller Subjektbildung aus, stellen sich Fragen zu den Möglichkeiten gegenwärtiger Subjektivierungsprozesse. Im Kern geht es im Seminar um die Grundfrage, wie aus Individuen Subjekte werden. Im Seminar wird hierbei u.a. auf die Ambivalenz von Selbst- und Fremdbestimmung eingegangen. Auch wird auf die Tatsache mehrfacher sozio-kultureller Verortungen eingegangen und diskutiert, wie sich Subjektivierungsprozesse vor diesem Hintergrund darstellen, gestalten und gestaltet werden können und welche Aufgaben sich daraus für die Pädagogik ergeben.
