250346 Negotiating Childhood: Aspects of growing up as a refugee (S) (SoSe 2018)

Contents, comment

Refugee children spend a part or often their entire childhood - facing severe restrictions of the most basic rights guaranteed to them by international human rights and humanitarian law, in particular by the Convention on the Rights of the Child. This seminar depicts aspects of growing up as a refugee and how are they to be understood through current research and literature novels.
