In diesem Seminar erarbeiten wir uns einen Überblick über das weit ausdifferenzierte Berufsfeld der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung. Im Anschluss an eine einführende Auseinandersetzung mit den Strukturen des Weiterbildungssystems steht das in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung tätige Personal im Mittelpunkt. Wir fragen u.a. nach Berufsbildern, Beschäftigungsstrukturen und -verhältnissen sowie Aufgaben- und Tätigkeitsfeldern, von denen ausgewählte vertieft in den Blick genommen werden. In diesem Zusammenhang setzen wir uns auch mit Fragen hinsichtlich Professionalität und professionellem Handeln in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung auseinander. Ebenso werden wir uns mit Kompetenzprofilen von Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildner_innen sowie Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten beschäftigen.

Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass Sie sich im Rahmen von Gruppenarbeiten aktiv an der Veranstaltung beteiligen.
