Der Grundkurs bietet eine Einführung in das kirchenhistorische Arbeiten. Gegenstand ist die Kenntnis und Anwendung der Methoden historischer Forschung, die Auseinandersetzung mit grundlegenden Quellen und Themen der Kirchen- und Theologiegeschichte sowie die Frage nach dem Ort der Kirchengeschichte in der Theologie.
