Neue Medien sind zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil unseres heutigen Kulturlebens geworden und stellen einen wesentlichen Aspekt der Lebenswelt von Kindern und Jugendlichen dar. Deshalb sollten auch Religionslehrerinnen und -lehrer versuchen, diese neuen Medien zum Gegenstand des Religionsunterrichts zu machen.
In diesem Seminar soll es infolgedessen darum gehen, unterschiedliche Medien (Film, Hörspiel, Buch, Internet etc.) genauer in den Blick zu nehmen, die den biblischen Stoff des Alten Testaments aufbereiten. Inwiefern ist es gelungen, die biblischen Erzählungen aus Genesis und Exodus umzusetzen und auf welche Weise können diese Medien im Religionsunterricht eingesetzt werden?

Erwartet wird die Bereitschaft zur Lektüre von biblischen und wissenschaftlichen Texten.
Die aktive Teilnahme kann durch die Abfassung eines kurzen Textes nachgewiesen werden.
Ein Modulabschluss ist in Form einer Hausarbeit möglich.
