"[D]u sollst, im Verhältnisse eines unvermeidlichen Nebeneinanderseins, mit allen anderen […] in einen rechtlichen Zustand […] übergehen." (MdS, § 42; AA VI 307) Diese Forderung, sich mit anderen in einem "rechtlichen Zustand" zu verbinden, zieht eine Reihe von bemerkenswerten Konsequenzen nach sich, z.B. die, dass" der Herrscher im Staat […] gegen den Unterthan lauter Rechte und keine (Zwangs-)Pflichten" hat (A.a.O., AA VI 319). Wir werden im Seminar Auszüge aus Kants "Metaphysik der Sitten" (die Rechstlehre ist der erste Teil dieses Buches) gründlich lesen und versuchen, uns u.a. ein Bild davon zu machen, wie Kant das Verhältnis von Bürger und Staat bestimmt und wie er seine Sicht begründet.

Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von 2 Leistungspunkten (Bachelor Einschreibung bis SoSe 11 und Master of Education) ist die regelmäßige Teilnahme sowie das Erbringen des schriftlichen oder mündlichen Beitrags im Umfang von maximal 1200 Wörtern für das Modulportfolio, auf dem die unbenotete Moduleinzelleistung beruht. Die Anforderungen für den Modulportfolio-Beitrag werden zu Veranstaltungsbeginn bekannt gegeben.
Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von 3 Leistungspunkten (Einschreibung ab WS 11/12) ist das Erbringen des schriftlichen oder mündlichen Beitrags im Umfang von maximal 1200 Wörtern bzw. 10-20 Minuten. Die genauen Anforderungen werden zu Veranstaltungsbeginn bekannt gegeben.
