Unterschiedliche Kompetenzen benötigen Sie, um später im Berufsfeld Schule erfolgreich zu sein. Vieles davon lernen Sie in der Universität. Doch Theorien und Fakten, denen Sie im Laufe Ihres Studiums begegnen, erscheinen oft unzweckmäßig für die spätere Arbeit als Lehrer/ Lehrerin. In diesem Seminar gehen wir der Frage nach, wie Gelerntes für die individuelle Berufspraxis anwendbar wird.
Das Bielefelder Portfolio Praxisstudien, das alle angehenden Lehrer/ Lehrerinnen laut LABG führen müssen, wird zentrales Arbeitsinstrument in diesem Seminar sein. Anhand des Portfolios und mit verschiedenen reflexiven Schreibaufgaben reflektieren wir notwendige, geforderte und wünschenswerte Lehrer-/Lehrerinnenkompetenzen in unterschiedlichen Bezugsrahmen. Sie werden lernen, Kompetenzen im Kontext theoretischer Modelle zu verorten, geforderte Kompetenzkataloge zu bewerten und letztendlich auch Ihren persönlichen „Kompetenz-Status“ zu analysieren.
