Der Schwerpunkt dieses Seminars liegt auf der Arbeit in und mit inklusiven Lerngruppen - jede_r Studierende muss schließlich damit rechnen, in einer solchen eingesetzt zu werden. Entsprechend werden zunächst der Begriff "Förderdiagnostik" geklärt und unterschiedliche Verfahren zur Leistungsmessung und -bewertung sowie zur Erfassung des Lernverhaltens diskutiert. In einem zweiten Schritt werden Ansätze vorgestellt, wie die Ergebnisse der Förderdiagnostik in den Unterricht einfließen können. Je nach Interesse der Teilnehmenden können außerdem Beratungsansätze besprochen werden. Die genauen Inhalte werden in der ersten Sitzung gemeinsam mit den SeminarteilnehmerInnen erarbeitet.
