In diesem Seminar zur Ökonomisierung in der Sozialen Arbeit wird zunächst das Verhältnis von Staat und Wirtschaft analysiert. Hierzu wird auf verschiedene Erklärungsmodelle zurückgegriffen - u.a. ökonomische Theorien, staatstheoretische Überlegungen, Foucaults Machtanalytik und die Systemtheorie. In der theoretischen Auseinandersetzung werden stets die Konsequenzen für die Soziale Arbeit diskutiert.
Im zweiten Teil des Seminars werden konkrete Phänomene aufgegriffen und hinsichtlich ihrer Implikationen für die Professionalisierung Sozialer Arbeit analysiert. Hierbei wird sich u.a. bezogen auf:
• Die Einführung von Wettbewerb und Management in der Sozialen Arbeit (Sozialmarkt)
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Perspektiven auf die Klient_innen Sozialer Arbeit als Kunden und damit verknüpfte Ideen der Aktivierung, Responsibilisierung und Kontrolle
• Ggf. arbeitssoziologische Überlegungen zur Entgrenzung von Arbeit sowie zur SelbstoptimierungDie Seminarsitzungen werden ergänzt durch folgende Veranstaltungen externer Referent_innen (an diesen Tagen fällt die reguläre Sitzung aus):
