Das Seminar führt in die Grundlagen der personzentrierten Gesprächsführung und Beratung nach Carl Rogers ein. Dabei werden sowohl die Wurzeln des Ansatzes als auch dessen zentrale theoretische Grundannahmen beleuchtet. In einem weiteren Schritt fokussiert das Seminar die Abgrenzung zu anderen Beratungsansätzen sowie Kritik an und Grenzen des personzentrierten Ansatzes.
