Gegenstände der Vorlesung werden sein: Urkundendelikte; Aussagedelikte; Straßenverkehrsdelikte; Brandstiftungsdelikte; Straftaten im Amt. Prüfungsgegenstände können auch aus dem AT entnommen werden. Über Teilfragen des Strafverfahrens sollten die Studierenden informiert sein.

Die Grundlagen des straftatsystematischen Aufbaus sowie der Allgemeine Teil des Strafrechts und des StGB müssen nunmehr beherrscht werden.
Vertiefende Hinweise zum Straftatsystem werden nur noch vereinzelt im Rahmen der Vorlesung besprochen. Vielmehr geht es in der abschließenden strafrechtlichen Vorlesung des Grundstudiums um eine problemorientierte Vermittlung des Prüfungsstoffes.

Aktive Mitarbeit; eventuell Übernahme von Kurzreferaten.
Wer am Ende des Semesters die Klausur mitschreiben möchte, muss in diesem Kurs angemeldet sein; die Meldung für die gesondert im eKVV bekannt gegebene Abschlußklausur reicht nicht aus.
Ferner wird die Einschreibung im LernraumPlus vorausgesetzt.
