In diesem Seminar sollen – aufbauend auf der Professionalisierungswerkstatt Coaching I – Coaching-Prozesse vertiefend betrachtet werden. Wie läuft ein Coaching ab? Welche besondere Rolle kommt dem Coach zu? Welche Methoden und Techniken werden im Coaching angewendet? Diese Fragen wenden vor dem Hintergrund theoretischer Modelle diskutiert. Darüber hinaus sollen Praxissequenzen reflexiv bearbeitet werden.
Das Seminar ist nur für Studierende geöffnet, die an der Professionalisierungswerkstatt Coaching I teilgenommen haben.
