Die Kooperation unterschiedlicher Professionen wie Regelschullehrkräften, Sonderpädagog_innen, (Schul-)Sozialarbeiter_innen sowie der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Integrationshelfer_innen und sonstigen pädagogischen Mitarbeiter_innen stellt (nicht nur) in inklusiven Ganztagsschulen im Primarbereich eine wesentliche Bedingung für das Gelingen von inklusiven Prozessen und individuell notwendiger Unterstützung von Schüler_innen mit und ohne einen sonderpädagogischen Förderbedarf dar. Dabei wird umso mehr die Frage nach den theoretischen Grundlagen bzw. Spezifika der einzelnen Disziplinen/Professionen und deren Verortung & Selbstverständnis in formalen & non-formalen Bildungssettings aufgeworfen.
Einführend wird die Klärung von einigen Grundbegriffen wie z.B. Inklusion, Kooperation, Ganztagsschule sowie die Spezifika der beteiligten Professionen vorgenommen. Es werden unterstützende, hemmende und ggf. noch zu berücksichtigende Faktoren der Kooperation herausgearbeitet. Strukturelle Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten ihrer Gestaltung in verschiedenen Modellen des gemeinsamen Unterrichts und von kooperativen Förderarrangements werden diskutiert. Dabei wird insbesondere das Verhältnis der einzelnen beteiligten Professionen zueinander ausgelotet. Anhand von Fallbeispielen und Selbsterfahrungen werden Möglichkeiten der Reflexion kooperativen Handelns im inklusiven Ganztag im Primarbereich vorgestellt und erprobt.

Im WS 2016/2017 werden parallel die Veranstaltungen "Multiprofessionelle Kooperation in inklusiven Ganztagsschulen - Forschungswerkstatt I (Profil Soziale Arbeit/Beratung): Gegenstandsbezogene Einführung in das Forschungsprojekt" (Hopmann - 250195 - E4a) sowie die begleitende forschungsmethodische Einführung "Qualitative Interviews führen und auswerten" (Jun. Prof. Dr. Christine Demmer - 250306 - E2) angeboten.
