Contents, comment

Seit Beginn der 1980er Jahre spielt die Gruppendynamik und die Idee einer lernenden Organisation bei der Frage der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Organisationen eine wichtige Rolle. Gruppendynamische und soziometrische Ansätze, strukturfunktionalistische Soziologie, Kommunikationspsychologie, Systemtheorie und zunehmend auch die Problematik des Falls in der Organisation sind zentrale Ansätze zum Verstehen und zum Verändern von Organisationen. Ausgehend von den alten disziplinartheoretischen Zugängen über die neueren Systemischen Ansätze und Erkenntnisse der Policy Forschung z. B. im Feld von Gleichstellungspolitik und will das Seminar Handeln in Organisationen mit Hilfe der theoretischen Folien analysieren und reflektieren.
