Digitale Medien und Technologien prägen heute viele Bereiche des Lernens und der Bildung. Sie eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten des Zugangs zu Wissen, verändern Lernformen und schaffen zugleich neue Herausforderungen für Bildung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe über die gesamte Lebensspanne hinweg.

Das Seminar bietet eine Einführung in zentrale Fragen von Digitalisierung, Digitalität und Künstlicher Intelligenz aus Perspektive des lebenslangen Lernens. Behandelt werden digitale Lernangebote, Online-Lernen, soziale Medien, Plattformen, digitale Ungleichheiten sowie aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich KI.

Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, wie sich Lernen und Bildung unter den Bedingungen digitaler Transformation verändern und welche Chancen und Herausforderungen sich daraus für Individuen, Organisationen und die Erwachsenenbildung ergeben.
