Ziel des Seminars ist es, Ansätze und Anliegen von Praxisforschung kennenzulernen und ihre Produktivität für Schulentwicklung und Professionalisierung zu diskutieren.
Im Seminar werden wir uns zunächst einen Überblick über Ansätze und Anliegen von Praxisforschung verschaffen. Da Praxisforschung ein methodisch heterogenes Feld ist, wenden wir uns anschließend verschiedenen methodischen Verfahren zu, welche keine allzu großen Anwendungshürden in Praxissettings besitzen. Es werden zudem konkrete Forschungsprojekte vorgestellt, wenn möglich erprobt und Berichte von Praxisforschenden eingeholt.
Das Seminar soll Sie dazu befähigen, theoretische Hintergründe, methodische Herangehensweisen und Herausforderungen der Praxisforschung kennenzulernen und kritisch einzuschätzen. Darüber hinaus werden Sie auf die Durchführung eigener perspektivischer kleiner Forschungsprojekte (Abschlussarbeiten, Studienprojekte im Praxissemester) vorbereitet, indem Sie lernen, aus Ihren Praxiserfahrungen heraus Forschungsfragen zu formulieren und diese in geeignete Forschungsdesigns zu übersetzen.
Das Seminar findet in Präsenz statt und bindet Selbstlernphasen ein. Eine grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zur aktiven Teilnehme, sprich präsent zu sein, Texte zu lesen und mitzuarbeiten wird unbedingt vorausgesetzt.
