In dem Seminar begeben wir uns auf eine gemeinsame Suchbewegung durch Narrative, Diskurse und Konzepte, die seit den 1990er Jahren in einem Teil der Kinderschutzpraxis und Familienrechtssprechung relevant werden und untersuchen diese auf antifeministische Bestandteile. Dabei werden die Themen Kindeswohl, Umgangsrecht, Antifeminismus und innerfamiliäre Gewalt die Auseinandersetzung rahmen. Wir diskutieren Fachtexte und prüfen diese auf ihre Güte, untersuchen einschlägige Forschung und koppeln die Befunde an populärkulturelle und politische Ereignisse bzw. Entwicklungen zurück.
