In diesem Seminar geht es um den Einsatz von Medien im Unterricht. Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es für Lehr-Lernarrangements? Welche Chancen, Herausforderungen und Grenzen bieten Medien im Kontext Unterricht? Ass. Prof. Dr. Cenk Akbiyik von der Erciyes Universität (Türkei) wird dabei als Gastdozent einen Teil des Seminares im Sinne eines praktischen Workshops mitgestalten. Daher wird sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch die Seminarsprache sein.
In this seminar we will discuss the use of media in classrooms. Which options do media have in the learning and teaching environment? What are the pros and cons of media in schools and what are the limits? Ass. Prof. Dr. Cenk Akbiyikfor from the Erciyes University in Kayseri (Turkey) is part of this course and will arrange a workshop for a practice example. Therefore this course will be teached in German and in English.

Vor allem bei der Unterrichtsplanung und -durchführung ist der Einsatz von [neuen – was auch immer das heißt] Medien eng verbunden mit didaktischen und methodologischen Fragen bezüglich Zielen und - korrespondierend - Verfahrensweisen von Unterricht und Unterrichtsplanung. Denn sobald wir per didaktischer Analyse in der Auslegung der Curricula sozusagen bestimmt haben, wohin die Reise geht, fragen wir uns doch, wie im Detail der methodische Gang ausschauen kann.
Hier wollen wir mit Ass. Prof. Dr. Cenk Akbiyik von der Erciyes Universität (Türkei) konkret werden, und schauen, wie wir erstens selbst Lehrvideos erstellen können und welche Vorteile uns der Einsatz unserer Produkte zu geben vermag.
Dieses Seminar wird in Englisch, Deutsch und Türkisch stattfinden.

When it comes to lesson planning the use of media is highly interrelated with issues of pedagogical aims/goals and methods to reach these goals for whenever we make up those aims it is not only the question what educational merits are apt but rather according to which criteria we deem those aims to be sufficient.
Ass. Prof. Dr. Cenk Akbiyik of Ercyies University (Turkey) will be our guest in this seminar. Together with him we will produce our own teaching videos and reflect upon the pros and cons of video usage in classrooms.
